Some scenes from the very famous film The Battle of Britain were filmed at Sywell. Here a few photographs taken during filming together with some of the Buchon aircraft masquerading as Me-109’s

There is now an exhibit in the Museum dedicated to the making of the film which includes many photographs from the period, a number of Buchon artefacts and scale models.

A number of aircraft from the film have undergone restoration nearby and can now often be seen flying at Sywell during Spring and Summer months.
